After downloading, check the SHA-1 hash using PowerShell:

Downloading the ISO is free, but using Windows 10 requires a valid license key. If you are reinstalling on a PC that already had Windows 10 activated, the OS will reactivate automatically upon connecting to the internet. If this is a new build, you will need a product key. After downloading, check the SHA-1 hash using PowerShell:
Select "Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC" . You need a 32-bit Windows installer to boot from
Click under the "Create Windows 10 installation media" section. Run the tool and Accept the license terms.
