Airbusworld Login Fixed Jun 2026

Feature Specification: AirbusWorld Secure Access Portal 1. Executive Summary The AirbusWorld Login is the unified identity and access management (IAM) front-door for all Airbus digital services. It provides a single sign-on (SSO) experience for airlines, suppliers, MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), and internal staff to access critical applications such as the Spare Parts Pool, Maintenance Management, and Technical Documentation. Goal: To maximize security (Zero Trust architecture) while minimizing friction for users accessing the Airbus ecosystem across web and mobile platforms.

2. User Stories | Role | User Story | Acceptance Criteria | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | Airline Mechanic | "I need to log in quickly on a tablet at the gate to view technical manuals." | Biometric login (FaceID/TouchID) on mobile; Session persists for 8 hours. | | Fleet Manager | "I want to access the Spare Parts portal and Flight Hour Services without logging in twice." | SSO token allows navigation between spares.airbus.com and fleet.airbus.com without re-authentication. | | Security Admin | "I need to enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users accessing sensitive maintenance data." | System requires MFA setup upon first login; admin can enforce MFA policies by organization. | | New Supplier | "I received an invite to join a project and need to register my company account." | "Registration" flow validates company email domain and links user to the specific Partner Organization. |

3. Functional Requirements 3.1 Core Authentication (Web & Mobile)

Unified Login Screen: A responsive, localized (EN, FR, DE, CN, etc.) login form accepting: airbusworld login

Airbus ID (Corporate email). Partner ID (Registered email).

Single Sign-On (SSO): Implementation of SAML 2.0 / OIDC to allow session sharing across sub-domains (e.g., from airbusworld.com to services.airbus.com ). Legacy Integration: Ability to redirect older legacy system logins to the new unified portal while maintaining session context.

3.2 Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Enforced MFA: Mandatory for all users accessing operational data. Supported Methods:

Authenticator App: Google Authenticator / Microsoft Authenticator / Airbus Secure App. SMS/Email OTP: Fallback method (restricted for low-security tiers). Hardware Tokens: Support for YubiKeys for high-privilege internal admins.

3.3 Passwordless & Biometric Access

Magic Link: "Passwordless login" option sending a time-stamped, encrypted link to the user’s registered email. Mobile Biometrics: Users of the AirbusWorld App can enable FaceID or TouchID to bypass password entry after initial authentication.

3.4 Self-Service & Account Lifecycle
