Abuse Com Work - Latina

Constant belittling, isolation from friends and family, or extreme jealousy.

Latina women are one of the fastest-growing demographic groups in the United States, with a population projected to reach 21.7 million by 2025 (Pew Research Center, 2019). Despite their growing numbers, Latina women continue to experience high rates of abuse, including domestic violence, sexual assault, and intimate partner violence. This paper aims to examine the prevalence and consequences of abuse among Latina women, with a focus on the intersectionality of culture, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status.
