Instead of a school building (which would take years), Saman converted three retired three-wheelers into mobile classrooms. Each vehicle carried a small whiteboard, basic Sinhala and Tamil primers, and a female tutor. The vehicles parked near village wells between 9–11 AM, when mothers finished morning chores. In six months, 210 women learned to write their names and read prescription labels for the first time.
