Added a helpful label for the "Form Argument" numeric up-down control in the PKM Editor and updated translation files across multiple languages.

PKHeX is intended for personal use in offline save backups, ROM hacks, or custom challenge runs. It does not enable online cheating directly, but modified Pokémon may fail Home’s legality checks or trigger bans if used in competitive online battles (e.g., Ranked Battle Stadium).
