To get a Grab ride receipt, you can either retrieve it directly from the section in the app or have it automatically sent to your registered email address. For business users, selecting a Business Profile before booking allows for more detailed invoice generation and easier expense tracking. Method 1: Retrieve from the Grab App

: Tap on History in the top-right corner to see a list of your past rides.

It can take a few minutes for a receipt to generate after a ride ends.

Ensure you are using the latest version of the Grab app to avoid bugs in the Activity tab.

| Problem | Solution | |--------|----------| | No “Receipt” button in app | Update Grab app. If still missing, use “Email Receipt” or GrabHelp. | | Receipt shows wrong fare | Check if a fare adjustment occurred. Request corrected receipt via GrabHelp. | | Didn’t get email receipt | Check spam. Add @grab.com to safe senders. Request via app again. | | Need receipt for someone else’s ride | Ask the rider to share the receipt PDF or screenshot. | | Receipt missing tax info | Some rides (e.g., promotions, certain regions) don’t include tax. Use trip summary as alternative. |

Search your inbox for "Grab Tax Invoice" or "Your Grab Trip Receipt." Missing Emails? Check your Spam or Junk folders.

Use this format if you are a product manager or developer designing the feature.

Go to Account > Edit Profile in the app to ensure your email address is correct and verified. Method 3: Use the Grab Web Portal (Bulk Downloads)
